Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the sales team to promote and grow sales of Sepax Analytical HPLC product portfolio. The responsibilities include selling HPLC liquid chromatography columns, services and accessories to achieve quarterly, and the overall annual sales target established by the company. Must be able to give technical seminars and product presentations, virtual and in person, to the client base. Be onsite based at the Delaware Technology Park in Newark DE.
Requirements:
- BS degree in a scientific discipline, such as Chemistry and Biology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license and passport.
- Willing and able to travel to customer sites in territory.
- Reside close to major cities for airport access.
Responsibilities:
- Customer visit: Arrange and conduct customer visits to understand needs, present product solutions, and strengthen customer relationships
- Lead generation and qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers and inactive accounts and users through research, outbound emails, and targeted campaigns.
- Prospecting: Prospect leads to engage conversation and communication to identify opportunity and need, preferably getting meetings and visits for sales and tech team
- Customer Feedback: Actively follow up on customer feedback on products and service post the sales process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system and follow up consistently to nurture relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Support teams to execute strategies and meet team objectives.
- Analysis: Build up dashboard and analyze reporting on daily, weekly and monthly target to achieve the goal of business development for sales team.
