2 Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, as well as members of their household, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3 Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes is conducted weekly.

Each weekly entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on Sunday.

Entries received outside the applicable weekly entry period will not be eligible for that week's drawing.

4 How to Enter

During the applicable Promotion Period, complete and submit the feedback survey available through links on the Sepax website.

Limit one (1) entry per person per weekly Promotion Period.

Multiple submissions by the same individual during the same week may be disqualified or only the first eligible submission may be counted, at the Sponsor's discretion.

Automated entries, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to manipulate the Sweepstakes are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5 Winner Selection

On each Monday following the close of the applicable Promotion Period, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the preceding Monday through Sunday entry period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that week.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of winners are final.

6 Prize

Each weekly winner will receive:

Prize: $50 Store Credit to be used on eligible purchases through Sales@sepax-tech.com

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.00 USD

Store credit:

• Has no cash value except where required by law.
• Is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.
• May not be redeemed for cash.
• Is subject to the Sponsor's standard terms and conditions for store credit.
• Store Credit does not expire.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7 Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided with their survey submission.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8 Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize. The Sponsor may issue any tax forms required by law.

9 Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and used for the administration of this promotion.

10 General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes.

11 Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

12 Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

13 Acceptance of Rules

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
