Synthesized with polymeric chemistry, Polar-Diol phase is bonded with 1,2-dihydroxypropyl propyl ether functional groups that allow special interaction with polar compounds. The polymeric bonding chemistry enables high efficiency and high stability separation of polar pharmaceuticals, peptides, and proteins. Polar-Diol is more polar than Polar-100. - Polar-Silica
